Q: Where can I find my serial number?
A: If you own the disc version of Blood Bowl your serial is already stored on the disc and will be read out during the online activation process. Please ensure the original disc is in the DVD drive during the online activation. A backup is also printed on the disc itself.

 

If you own a digitally downloaded version the serial is usually provided with the billing confirmation (e.g. e-mail). Please contact your point of purchase for further information. The name of the serial is 'Blood Bowl / Code' and has the form XXXX-XXX-XXX-XXX.

 

Q: I get the error message: 'The serial number was not found in the database.'
A: The number one problem with serial numbers is mistyping. Double check the characters you have entered. To help identify each character of the serial number correctly, please see common misinterpretations:

- Digit 'Zero' and 'O' (like 'Oscar')
- Digit 'One' and 'I' (like 'India')
- Digit 'Two' and 'Z' (like 'Zulu')
- Digit 'Eight' and 'B' (like 'Bravo')
- Include all hyphen ('-') as shown in the serial number

If this does not solve your issue, please send us a picture of your serial number (which can be found on the disc or billing confirmation if you bought the game online).

To generate an unlock code yourself and activate your game manually, please click https://support.securom.com/PAunlock/?c=1000 You must enter your Activation Code and your Unlock Request Code. Please note the format of the different keys, as displayed here:

 

Q: I get the error message: 'Too many activations on different PCs or too many reactivations on the same PC have been performed...'
A: Please run the revoke tool and execute it on the PC where you have activated Blood Bowl before: http://download.securom.com/support/bb/revokeBB.zip

Q: I get the error message: 'No proper connection could be made with the activation server.'
A: If you are having problems activating your game you can also visit our manual unlock website https://support.securom.com/PAunlock/?c=1000 to generate an unlock code yourself and activate your game manually.

Q: I cannot activate my digital downloaded version from Steam because I never received a serial number.
A: To receive your serial number (after you have downloaded and install 'Blood Bowl Dark Elves Edition'), please do the following:


  1. Open Steam
  2. Right-click 'Blood Bowl Dark Elves Edition'
  3. Click "Show Serial"

There you receive the serial number you need for the activation of 'Blood Bowl Dark Elves Edition'. Please do not mistake it with the key you need for the multiplayer part of the game which is also available there.
